Not sure how to bring yoga to your school or organization?

I’ve been teaching kids of all ages for the better part of two decades, and the truth is, yoga for kids doesn’t look like a yoga class for adults. It’s joyful and messy and absolutely magnificent.

It takes a special skill set to keep kids of all abilities included and engaged, so it’s best to work with a professional. Kids yoga is not gymnastics, it’s not dance. There’s no competition here, just connection, compassion, and the joy of a child truly connecting with their own internal resources, resilience, and self-knowledge.

I offer free 15 minute consultations about how best to bring yoga & mindfulness to the children in your life.

“Wendy has a special way of getting to know children and bonds with them easily. Kids are naturally drawn to her; she is warm, nurturing, and fun!”
